BECO offers the ideal range for all those who love water: Swimming equipment that meets every requirement, exclusive aquatic fitness training gear as well as trendy, functional swimwear to wear at a pool, on the beach or in a holiday ressort. BECO is an innovative, medium-sized company located in Bad Salzuflen.
Company History
- Formation of the company: 1923 as a wholesale company
- Back then, the clientele was mainly chemists
- In the Sixties: swim caps were added to the range of products for the first time
- In the Sixties, Seventies, and Eighties, Beermann was a major supplier of swim caps with their own rubber factory in Spain.
- In the Seventies: swimwear was added to the range of products, with own production facilities in Spain and Italy
- Since the Seventies: the range of products has been constantly extended to include bathing products and swimming equipment
- Since the Eighties: increasing internationalisation with the business extending into the countries of the European Economic Area
- Since 1990: also into the former CIS states, Eastern Europe, and overseas
For some years now, the range of aquatic fitness gear has been extended – in-house development of own products with international patents and industrial property rights
- Co-operation with the most important associations, organisations, and key players in the aquatic fitness industry
