Instructions: Heat in the microwave or oven.
Microwave heating:
-Heat the pillow without the sleeve at 500 watts for approximately 60 seconds.
-Shake the warmed pillow to check the heat.
-To make the pillow warmer, reheat it 1-2 more times.
-Total heating time shall not exceed 2 minutes.
-If the pillow gets too warm, cool it down before use.
Heating in the oven: maximum 10 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. Shake the warmed cushion and check the level of heating. If the cushion is too hot, allow it to cool before use.
